Keira Knightley has admitted that she has no desire to relocate from London to Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old Dangerous Method star said that she’s happy enough with the modest flat in the British capital that she bought five years ago.
“I haven’t done anything with it yet. I’ve got a couple of bits in it from movies I’ve appeared in, but most of the stuff’s from eBay or antiques markets,” she told The Mirror.
“It’s cheap, not expensive and very eclectic.
“I’ve never been tempted to live in Los Angeles. Because I’m on the other side of the world I have more of a European sensibility and I’ve done more European films.
“But I had a great time in LA over the summer when I was doing a film there [Seeking A Friend At The End of the World].
“It was the first time the place made any sense to me – partly because I just accepted that it’s nothing like London. Once you accept that you can see how it can be exciting. I like visiting it but I couldn’t live there.”
