British actress Joely Richardson is keen for her teenage daughter to break in to acting so her family's dynasty doesn't "die out".
The Nip/Tuck star comes from a long line of actors, which includes her grandfather Sir Michael Redgrave and mother Vanessa Redgrave.
Now Richardson, whose actress sister Natasha Redgrave died in 2009, is hoping her 19-year-old daughter Daisy will take the acting tradition into another generation for the family.
She tells Britain's Daily Express, "Well lately I've said - and it's a joke laced with truth - 'Come on, let's just take it one more generation,' which is horrible of me. But there is a small voice inside me saying, 'Let it not die out here'."
