Henry Cavill Kicks Some Ass In First Trailer For The Cold Light Of Day

In 2013 Henry Cavill will be playing the title role in one of the biggest movies of the year, Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, but the truth is that we're still getting to know him as an action star. Sure, he starred in Tarsem Singh's Immortals just last year, however, before that he was best known for his part in The Tudors, which wasn't exactly filled with car chases and face punching. Fortunately there are one title coming out this year that will get us ready to see Cavill in that way: The Cold Light of Day. The film, directed by Mabrouk El Mechri, has the future Superman taking plenty of names and kicking plenty of ass. Don't believe me? Check out the brand new trailer, released today over on Yahoo!
