HOLLYWOOD idol James McAvoy rushed to the aid of a stricken TV producer when her KNEE popped out on his film set.

The Scots star comforted Karley Duffy who was on set to help interview him for STV's Moviejuice show.

Last night Karley, 26, said: "He was absolutely lovely and very concerned about the pain I was in."
