For many, the three-day Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an excellent opportunity to party hard. So perhaps it's not the ideal setting for a recovering alcoholic and painkiller addict like Gerard Butler. With a floating row of vodka bottles lined up behind him, the recently-rehabbed actor enjoyed a Coachella festival afterparty with some friends in Indio last night.
At one point Gerard was seen grinding up against a beautiful brunette, and he was also seen hugging a pretty blonde later in the evening. There's little doubt that Gerard was surrounding by temptations with revellers smoking and drinking the night away. The P.S I Love You star has been cutting a noticeably more rotund form than the six-pack abs audiences enjoyed in his film 300.
After watching The Black Keys perform on the Coachella stage, the Scottish stud made his way behind the DJ booth at the afterparty and chatted up the musicians. Wearing a black suede jacket and brown slacks, the 42-year-old was seen laughing and joking with friends at the soiree as several other partygoers sat on the ground, in front of the star, drink-in-hand. Gerard kept his untamed, curly hair covered in a brown fedora. The actor didn't stay with his friends for long and he was soon seen chatting to many of the festival-loving females at the bash.
