London: Actress-model Elizabeth Hurley says she cannot imagine her life without her ex-boyfriend and actor Hugh Grant.
The 46-year-old, who is engaged to Australian cricketer Shane Warne since October, dated Grant for nearly 13 years before splitting up in 2000. The duo have since maintained a healthy friendship, reported Sun online.
"It is hard for six months to compete with 20 years on a friendship level. I do not think either of us can imagine not having the other in our lives. Shane and Hugh get on very well and that`s very important to me," Hurley said.
