Sherlock's Benedict Cumberbatch and Steven Moffat confirmed attendees for Bafta TV Awards Andrew Scott, who plays Moriarty, will also join the great and the good of British television at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday 27 May (RADIO TIMES)
Good news for Sherlock fans - you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Andrew Scott, as well as co-creator Steven Moffat, in tuxedos on the telly next Sunday as they’ve been confirmed amongst the star-studded cast list for the Bafta TV Awards.
Cumberbatch is nominated in the Leading Actor category for his role as the detective, while Scott, who plays his nemesis Moriarty, will contest the Supporting Actor prize with Martin Freeman (as yet unconfirmed for the London event), aka Sherlock's friend John Watson.
Steven Moffat, also showrunner on Doctor Who, will pick up a Special Award for his services to British TV.
