From the director of Shakespeare in Love, Captain Corelli's Mandolin and this year's The Debt comes a sweet comedy starring some of Britain's finest.

Judi Dench, Bill Nighy, Maggie Smith, Tom Wilkinson, Penelope Wilton, Celia Imrie and Ronald Pickup find themselves at the titular Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, a seemingly luxurious sanctuary for "the elderly and beautiful" in Jaipur, India. While not the romantic idyll promised, the pensioners find themselves on a new adventure, having been won over by the young manager Sonny (Slumdog Millionaire star Dev Patel).

Based on Deborah Moggach's novel, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel is in UK cinemas 24th February 2012.
