Laura Linney is in talks to join Bill Condon's upcoming WikiLeaks drama.The Wrap reports that Linney would play an unspecified role in the film, which will star Benedict Cumberbatch as WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
James McAvoy is said to be in talks to play Assange's former right-hand man Daniel Domscheit-Berg, who wrote the book - Inside WikiLeaks: My Time with Julian Assange at the World's Most Dangerous Website - upon which the script is partially based.
