A new day has finally dawned for ‘Dexter,’ as the series seems ot have found a renewed energy and purpose not seen for years. Last night’s “Argentina” certainly proved that point, weaving together multiple stories from the current and season’s past, but with four episodes remaining in the season, is the spatter about to hit the fan?
