I’m not sure what I think about “The Raven”. The premise certainly sounds good on paper, but I’m not entirely sure how it will translate on-screen. A lot of my apprehension has to do with John Cusack. It’s not that I think he’s a bad actor, mind you, but I do think he’s been grossly miscast as Edgar Allen Poe. To be fair, I haven’t seen the film, but based on the latest trailer coming out of the UK, I’m still not convinced. See for yourself by investigating the video embedded below.
