Stars turned out in their droves for the IWC Top Gun Gala Event at the Palexpo Exhibition Hall in Geneva this evening.
And model Adriana Lima looked particularly stunning in a form-fitting white dress which showed off her incredible legs.
Actor Ewan McGregor appeared so distracted by his fellow guests' pins that he was unaware of the camera as one group shot was taken, preferring to admire Adriana's gorgeous figure.

The 40-year-old had a hint of an appreciative grin about his lips as he turned away from the cameras to get a good view.

With very few exceptions, black and white was certainly the fashion theme of the occasion, with guests opting for the modish palette in keeping with the sophisticated overall tone.

Cate Blanchett was elegant in a black halterneck cocktail dress with translucent panels, which accentuated her alabaster skin.

The 42-year-old kept her makeup minimal and classic, with a touch of rosy blush and the barest slick of eyeliner.

Die Another Day star Rosamund Pike also opted for black, elegant in a simple ensemble which she completed with blue velvet heels.

Ronan Keating and actor Herbert Knaup looked dapper in suits, with German star Moritz Bleibtreu likewise handsome all in grey.
