BBC One has released a trailer for their upcoming 8-part crime series, Ripper Street, set in London’s East End in 1889. Ripper Street follows the exploits of the “police precinct from hell” where the detectives from the infamous H-Division are tasked with keeping the peace in a city that has been scarred and darkened by the criminal violence of the “Ripper” murders.
