LONDON: The stars of BBC Worldwide's new crime drama Ripper Street—Matthew Macfadyen (Pride and Prejudice, Spooks), Jerome Flynn (Game of Thrones) and Adam Rothenberg (Alcatraz)—are coming to MIPCOM.
The cast will be on hand to launch the series at a special event on October 8. BBC Worldwide has firmed up two more presales for the show, with Canada's Space and Norway's NRK.
Steve Macallister, the president and managing director for BBC Worldwide Sales & Distribution, said: “Acclaimed writers, superb acting talent and the highest of production values are all evident in our rich and varied MIPCOM drama slate.
