Anna Wintour gives her Chanel frock a second outing at the White House...THREE years later

First Lady Michelle Obama was recently lauded for recycling a favourite Tracy Reese dress at a dinner in Washington DC and creating her own cycle of style. But who would have thought the paragon of fashion etiquette, Anna Wintour, would follow her example?
Last night at the star-studded United Kingdom State Dinner, Ms Wintour treated a stunning Chanel frock to a second outing after debuting the black and white sheath at the Met Costume Institute Gala in 2009.
