Keira Knightley’s English rose look: Four simple steps with Pixiwoo
(I've never heard of this stuff before and I don't know if this is an advert. We do not endorse this product and you probably have to start with a face like Keira's to get the results I would want.)
(And eyebrows - I don't have eyebrows Where do you get those eyebrows????) by Pixiwoo, Daily Mirror 25/10/2011
Pixiwoo: Four ways to be an English rose like Keira Knightley
Keira Knightley is known for her perfect English rose complexion. Create this yourself with Clinique’s Repairwear Laser Focus All-Smooth foundation. Apply a pea-sized amount to the back of your hand and apply it all over using a Real Techniques Buffing Brush.
Then apply MAC Pro Longwear Concealer with a Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush to hide any dark circles.
Remove any shine
Set your base in place with Bourjois Mineral Radiance Powder to remove any shine from the skin, while still retaining a healthy glow. Apply using a Real Techniques Multi Task Brush.
Lastly, use Sleek MakeUP’s Face Contour Kit – the darker shade on the cheekbones to contour and the lighter shade as a highlighter.
Eye up colour
Next, select colours Sidecar and Smog from Urban Decay’s Naked Palette and apply with a Mac 217 brush.
Blend the lightest one over the whole eyelid then add the darkest along the lash line and eye socket. Draw Avon’s SuperShock Gel Eyeliner Pencil in black just inside the eye.
Glossy lips
This can be used on its own to even out your natural lip colour.
