The Woman in Black follows lawyer Arthur Kipps who leaves his son in London to take on a case involving a deceased woman's estate. After spending the night there, he begins to see the vengeful specter of a lady whose eyes have been torn from their sockets. As he uncovers the mysteries of the town and ghost he discovers a sordid past of murder and supernatural terror.
