Henry Cavill: Bruce Willis has an unusual family vacation in action-packed The Cold Light of Day trailer (JOE.IE)

Bruce Willis passes the action hero mantle down to his on-screen son - next summer's Superman - in the action-packed new trailer for The Cold Light of Day.

Though we won't get to see The Tudors star Henry Cavill don the blue and red outfit for director Zack Snyder's 'Man of Steel' blockbuster until summer 2013, we can assess his action hero chops in the new clip for The Cold Light of Day. Cavill stars as a young American who uncovers a conspiracy during his attempt to save his family, who were kidnapped while on vacation in Spain. Before long he realises the truth about his father's (Willis) occupation and before long, he's jumping, shooting and climbing like the best of our square-jawed cinematic heroes.
