The man behind two James Bond relaunches says future Superman Henry Cavill could be the next 007. Martin Campbell knows how to relaunch a franchise. The director helmed Pierce Brosnan (Goldeneye)and Daniel Craig’s (Casino Royale) first appearances as the secret agent.
The Man of Steel star Henry Cavill auditioned for 007 in 2005 but to Daniel Craig. Campbell tells The Express about the process and comments on the future of Bond.
“Henry did a great screen test for Bond. So did Daniel, although he arrived for his looking really tired after a night flight from America where he was finishing up a movie called The Invasion,” Campbell said.
