Benedict Cumberbatch and Chris Pine are BFFs as they party at Justin Timberlake concert in London

They shared screen time for Star Trek: Into The Darkness, but now Benedict Cumberbatch and Chris Pine seem to enjoy more than just a working relationship - they also appear to be the best of friends.

The two stars, who met earlier this year when Cumberbatch was cast in the famous film franchise, bonded in Hollywood while working on the multi-million pound project.

But, six months on, the pair the remain closer than ever as they enjoyed Justin Timberlake's headline show at the iTunes festival in London's Roundhouse, last night.

Chris, 33, and Benedict, 37, were seen alongside Grammy Award-winning Adele and Elizabeth McGovern at the star-studded show.

TV chef Jamie Oliver was also in attendance to watch Justin, XX, perform tracks from his new album The 20/20 Experience with old favourites such as Sexy Back and Cry Me A River.

Following a night of dancing and singing, the pair were seen socializing in Camden as they enjoyed a post-concert drink in local pub, Joe's Bar.

They were also seen smoking with fellow customers who had been to the highly-anticipated gig.

Benedict wore a blue duffle coat with a grey, flat cap, while Chris sported a tan-coloured woolen hat with a simple white T-shirt.

Americans may buy Justin Bieber's music, but that doesn't mean they like him much. According to a recent survey from Public Policy Polling, the pop idol is just not considered very likable: He received 54 percent unfavorable ratings and only 20 percent likable ones in the poll, which surveyed 571 voters on May 6 and 7 across the U.S.

The New York Times has proclaimed Justin Timberlake the new Cary Grant, which must make George Clooney the old Cary Grant.

The premise for the Times verdict is Timberlake’s suave new look, a tailored contrast to his earlier boy-band bagginess.

Grant, Alfred Hitchcock’s favorite actor, set a standard, sartorial and otherwise, for later generations of actors.

The comparison is made with so many handsome, witty leading men that it has become a cliche.

Hugh Grant (no relation) runs a close second to Clooney as the chosen successor. The Daily Mail pointed out: “Both were born in England, have similar Byronic sex appeal, look good in suits, and excel at playing well-heeled characters.”

Others who have been promoted as the next Archibald Alexander Leach include Bruce Willis (when he had hair), Pierce Brosnan (before he serenaded Meryl), Mark Wahlberg, Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal, Ashton Kutcher and Ewan McGregor. (The McGregor analogy makes no sense whatsoever. He obviously is the next Christopher Plummer.)

Vanity Fair noted this trend almost a decade ago, identifying Frankie Muniz, TV’s Malcolm in the middle, as the most inexplicable nominee. When told that a critic had described him as “the Cary Grant of kid stars,” Muniz replied, “That’s cool… but I don’t know who Cary Grant is.”

A source said that the notorious ladies' man, 42, was scared off by Jessica wanting something more serious at the time and bolted – a decision he now regrets.

Butler, who has been linked to a bevy of beauties including Jennifer Aniston, Naomi Campbell and Brandi Glanville, is happy for his newly married ex however as he knows that Justin Timberlake the love of her life, the source added .

'Gerard doesn’t have many regrets but not treating Jessica with the respect she deserved while they dated is one of them,' a source close to the 300 star revealed.

Jessica and Justin were married last month in Italy.

Justin Timberlake to Star in Elton John Biopic? (Worst Previews)

About a year ago, we learned that Elton John was developing a film about his life, called "Rocketman." At the time, James McAvoy (X-Men: First Class) was the favorite to play John, but things have changed.

In an interview with LA Times, the singer revealed: "I've got a wish list of people. No. 1 on my wish list is Justin Timberlake, because he played me before in a David LaChapelle video of 'Rocket Man' (watch below) and was superb."

John says the film will feature songs from his career and possibly a few new ones. Written by Lee Hall (Billy Elliot), the singer describes the film as a "surreal" look at his life rather than a strictly factual account -- much in the vein of "Moulin Rouge." He added that a director has already been signed, but did not reveal who.
