Idris Elba, Tom Hardy And Michael Fassbender Fight It Out To Be Favourite For Next James Bond Odds slashed on a black Bond (E.)
Daniel Craig may have another two Bond movies left in him after 'Skyfall', but the speculation has already started as to who'll replace him.
And bookmaker Paddy Power think that we could get a black Bond as they've slashed the odds on Londoner Idris Elba becoming the next 007,making him a new favourite.
It's believed to be due to the fact that current bond girl Naomie Harris' claimed that Elba was being lined up to become Bond. She told the Huffington Post: "I didn't realise that there was this talk and then I did a film with Idris and he said that he met Barbara Broccoli and that it does seem like there is a possibility in the future that there could very well be a black James Bond."
Elba's 'Prometheus' co-star Michael Fassbender is next in the betting at 5s along with 'Clash of The Titans' star Sam Worthington, with Tom Hardy next at 6s.

Daniel Craig On Adele's 'Skyfall' Theme: 'I Cried' The Huffington Post | By Treye Green Posted: 10/24/2012 2:23 pm EDT Updated: 10/24/2012 2:23 pm EDT (HUFF POST)
Even James Bond isn't immune to the soul stirring effects of Adele's voice.
Daniel Craig told Yahoo Movies he was moved to tears first time he heard Adele's "Skyfall," a song he felt "perfectly" matched the feel of the movie.
"I cried," said Craig. "From the opening bars I knew immediately, then the voice kicked in and it was exactly what I'd wanted front the beginning."
"It just got better and better because it fitted the movie. In fact the more of the movie we made, the more it fitted it."
The Bond actor isn't alone in his sentiments, though, with "Skyfall" shooting to No. 1 on the iTunes charts just ten hours after its release.
"Skyfall" was recorded at London's Abbey Road Studios and features a 77-piece orchestra.

Anna Karenina Red Carpet Video (DIY)
Last night saw the World Premiere of Joe Wright's stunning take on Anna Karenina.
The director of Atonement, Pride & Prejudice and last year's ace Eurothriller Hanna arrived with his stars Keira Knightley, Jude Law and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, as well as supporting cast members Matthew Macfadyen, Olivia Williams and Alicia Vikander.
Addressing the crowd, he revealed how he and Knightley first discussed Tolstoy's classic novel when they were making Atonement, but added "Keira know each other so well, I'm not which are my ideas and which are hers!" With Wright directing Knightley to her first Oscar nomination, he very touchingly told us, "She's more than a muse, she's a collaborator, and that's far more important."

Hugh Grant: Hugh Grant gives playing a round new meaning in Sydney, By Annette Sharp (HERALD SUN)
... ENGISH ACTOR HUGH GRANT ENJOYS THE SUN AT THE ULTRA EXCLUISVE ROYAL SYDNEY GOLF CLUB / PIC: SNAPPER MEDIA THE DAILY TELEGRAPH
So good to see Hugh Hugh Grant in town for premiere And he wasted no time unpacking the clubs and playing at one of Sydney's premiere courses after his arrival at the weekend.
Having sampled the open fairways of the NSW Golf Club at La Perouse during a 2009 film tour for Did You Hear About The Morgans? and declaring the course to be "the best", Grant took his game to the posher environs of Rose Bay's Royal Sydney Golf Club.
A spokesman for Royal Sydney refused to reveal how Grant got a tee time. "It wouldn't be appropriate to say," the spokesman said. "It's a private club you see."

Sean Bean gives a refreshing slant to Downton Abbey - It's...meh. (THE FAB LIFE)
Get More: Music Videos, Free Music Videos
When Sean Bean rolled up to talk to us at the Mirror, Mirror premiere recently, it was all we could do to keep from shouting “GAME OF THRONEZZZ OMG!” Yes, the show is that amazing, thanks in large part to Bean’s portrayal of Ned Stark. (His role in Mirror, Mirror is kind of blink-and-you-miss it, but pivotal and classic Sean Bean nonetheless.) We asked the British actor for his thoughts on another niche show with a mega-following, Downton Abbey. He surprised us by not being as big a fan as, well, the entire Internet seems to be. “I’ve kind of seen it all before,” he said when asked if he was into the show. “I might sound a bit flip, but I don’t think it’s representative of what the English are, of what the English were.

Hugh Grant, David Tennant: Pirate film star Grant sick at sea (BELFAST TELEGRAPH)
Grant, who lends his voice to the part, relished the challenge of his first animated role. "I quite enjoyed it. It was a challenge. I'm not very well suited to the puppet but once I mastered it, I loved it," he added.
Tennant - who voices the young Charles Darwin - agreed to the film immediately. "I got a phone call and they said Aardman Animations are making a film. By the time that sentence had finished I think I'd signed the contract," he said. "If you get a call from Aardman Studios I think you know you're going to be in something quite classy and quite exciting, so of course you're going to say yes.
"They're an international treasure. And everything that they do is brilliant." He added: "It's not something I ever imagined would come my way, but I was very happy that it did."

Hugh Grant at ‘Pirates’ premiere (IN2EAST AFRICA)
LONDON (AP) — Hugh Grant is stepping away from his usual romantic fare – to walk the plank.
The British actor is starring in “The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists,” his first animated film role. He plays a pirate captain – called Pirate Captain – on a quest to win the Pirate of the Year Award.
He joined co-star David Tennant at the premiere of the latest adventure from Aardman Animations, creators of “Wallace and Gromit,” in London on Wednesday. The “Notting Hill” actor admitted he doesn’t see many similarities between himself and his pirate persona. “I looked at it and I thought “well I’m nothing like that, this is terrible casting.”
So I actually had to adapt myself, and I had to do a bit of acting for once,” he joked.

It was a family affair for Lily Collins, who attended the premiere of Tarsem Singh's Mirror Mirror with her dad, musician Phil Collins. On March 17, the pair joined Lily's cast mates Julia Roberts and Sean Bean, and fellow young celebs Renee Olstead and Victorious star Victoria Justice at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
After the big premiere, Mirror Mirror's Prince Andrew, Armie Hammer, joined Lily at the afterparty. Just Jared was on hand as Lily was presented a fantastic red apple cake for her 23rd birthday on March 18. Tom Hardy: This Means War will preview Valentine's day (My San Antonio)
Movie notes: ‘This Means War’ wants it both ways
If you’ve seen an ad for “This Means War” that says, “Opens Valentine’s Day,” well that was true until yesterday.
And it’s still true, sort of.
In a classic case of trying to have its Valentine’s candy and eating it, too, 20th Century Fox has once again changed its opening date for the romantic action comedy starring Chris Pine and Tom Hardy as CIA agents fighting over Reese Witherspoon (and who can blame them, really?).
As it stands now, “This Means War” will have sneak previews in most multiplexes on Tuesday night (one show per screen, probably around 7 p.m.) for the Valentine’s Day dinner-and-a-movie crowd, then take the next two days off before having a regular opening Feb. 17. This was its original opening date, but that was moved up in hopes of being this year’s go-to Valentine’s romantic comedy.
Apparently, according to the Los Angeles Times, Fox got cold feet on the full rollout Tuesday, thanks in part to the presence of “The Vow.” The not-quite-a-Nicholas-Sparks-hankie-fest opens Friday; the Times reported that Fox was afraid it might steal much of the female audience away from “This Means War.” Plus, the way box-office totals are reported makes the sneaks strategy better from a PR standpoint.

The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel Premiere (SF Gate)
Joel Ryan / AP
British actors, from left, Dev Patel, Celia Imrie,Tom Wilkinson, Diana Hardcastle, Bill Nighy, Dame Judi Dench, and Director John Madden, arrive for the World Premiere of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel at a Mayfair cinema in London, Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012.
LONDON, United Kingdom (AP) --
Dame Judi Dench and Dev Patel brought an Indian adventure to a chilly London with the world premiere Tuesday of their new film, "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel."
The movie, directed by John Madden, sees a group of retirement age Brits move to India to see out their elderly years in colorful Jaipur. Patel, of "Slumdog Millionaire" fame, plays the guy who entices them to take the adventure.
Tom Wilkinson, Bill Nighy and Penelope Wilton were also among the cast out on the red carpet for the event at the Curzon Mayfair in London.
"I had to ride a motorcycle through the streets of Jaipur with Judi Dench on the back, which was very, very freaky because I have never done it before and my whole thing became 'Don't kill Judi Dench," Nigh joked.
