He plays a gentleman spy who is never seen in anything less than a perfectly tailored suit in his new film, Kingsman:The Secret Service.

And Colin Firth proved that he is just a dapper out of character as he made a stylish arrive to the world premiere of the spy film in London on Wednesday evening.

The actor was joined by his beautiful wife Livia as they walked the red carpet together alongside the film’s other stars.

The bespoke Kingsman suit was made by Martin Nicholls in London, the tailor who produced all of the suits for the film.

Produced from New Zealand wool, the cloth itself is a very British affair, wholly manufactured in Yorkshire.

Meanwhile, his wife restyled her black Emilia Wickstead suit with large Chopard hoop earrings and a gold Kayu clutch.

She added height to her attire with metallic gold Roger Viver heels as she wore her brunette locks in a sleek straight style and highlight her features with minimal make-up.

Supermodel Claudia Schiffer was on hand to show her support for her director husband, Matthew Vaughn, as she added the event in casual layered ensemble.

There was only one co-star Tom Hardy was concerned with being reunited with on Monday evening at the premiere of his new movie The Drop.

The actor looked jubilant to see Pit Bull Zora who he carried in his arms after arriving at New York City's Sunshine Theatre.

The 36-year-old tickled and stroked the pet pooch, who licked his face excitable, as they joined Noomi Rapace and Elizabeth Rodriguez for the special screening.

Zora, who was spotted rolling around on the floor playfully, is rescued in the gritty flick by Tom's character Bob Saginowski.

The Dark Knight Rises hunk dressed in a black suit, white shirt and a green tie for the evening, which was in complete contrast to Noomi's attire.

The Swedish star, 34, chose a striking metallic two-piece in pink, complete with suit jacket and dress, which was worn with patent black heels.

The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug, part two in Peter Jackson’s trilogy will have its world premiere in Los Angeles.

 The original, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, held the event in Wellington, New Zealand were the films were shot, in way of thanks to the locals for hosting the massive undertaking.

Now, Jackson and company are ready to take on a larger venue for Desolation’s world premiere. The One Ring.net is confirming that the event will take place in Los Angeles. No time and place comes with this news, but the site seems to believe in a late November date, since the movie is set for release on December 13. Another piece of news, which is far, far away from happening and those who follow the movies can only dream about at this point, is that the likelihood that the last part, The Hobbit: There And Back Again’s premiere would take place in London, has increased exponentially.

The stars were out in force in London at the premiere of The World's End on Wednesday night.

And Rosamund Pike dazzled in a white dress as she arrived at the glitzy event and smiled as she posed up a storm outside the cinema in Leicester Square.

The actress wore a simple white dress by Victoria Beckham with some lace-style panels to the front and sides whch left her cleavage on show.

She added a splash of colour to her outfit by wearing a bright pink bra which was visible through the panels and matched the straps of the high-heeled shoes she wore on her feet.

Henry Cavill brings premiere to his own hometown Published Sunday, 16 June 2013 (U TV)

The new Superman was brought up on the Channel Island of Jersey and he returned to The Waterfront Centre in Saint Helier for a screening of his new blockbuster at the local Cineworld theatre.

Cavill was joined by his co-stars Russell Crowe and Amy Adams, and he posed on the red carpet with some very special guests - his mother Marianne and four brothers, Niki, Piers, Simon and Charlie.

He told reporters at the event: "It's incredibly important for me. I've been in New York, I've been in Mexico City, I've been in London and arriving here and seeing all of this has really brought it home to me how special this is and how big of an event (it is).

Star Trek Into Darkness just had its Australian premiere, and the first reviews for the film are starting to trickle in from critics. The consensus seems to be that the film is incredibly fun, and that Benedict Cumberbatch's performance lives up to the hype.

A review from IGN said, "Cumberbatch himself has never been better. While he's proven his ability at volatile emotional-detachment with his role in 'Sherlock,' he is, here, a true snake; an expressionless, sliver of a man whose mask only slips when he lunges for his prey." The review also added, "While it may not be the most sophisticated of sci-fi spectacles you'll see this year, 'Into Darkness' will certainly be one of the most fun."
